Harmful Items are items that have a chance to harm the user through their use, not counting Blunders.
A notable example is the Ice Sword left behind by Cirno. If it were a real weapon, it surely would have had minor Ice control and dealt Ice based damage to all foes struck. However, when picked up by RavThunderbird, the weapon shattered and dealt damage to him.
